Workshop Description
This workshop is a practical 2-day immersive and interactive boot camp style learning experience covering Agile and Lean principles, practices, and techniques. Its focus is on anyone seeking to expand their knowledge about agile ways of working and how to put high-impact practices into action.
This boot camp utilizes the Disciplined Agile knowledge base, a carefully curated and comprehensive collection of agile, lean, hybrid, and traditional practices. The workshop’s design balances courseware content (theory) and collaborative exercises, spending significant time applying what is learned in a working simulation filled with activities.
